While no two properties are exactly alike, these comparisons do provide a good reference source for a comparative market analysis, and will give you a good indication of what your property may be worth on the market today. Marketing to Realtors & BrokersYour home will be listed on the Multiple Listing Services for Sonoma, Marin, Contra Costa, and Mendocino Counties. Furthermore, I will create custom flyers and distribute them to the Tri County Real Estate Offices of Sonoma, Marin and San Francisco Counties. I will use my connections with other Realtors to promote your home with my Realtor Contacts in Sonoma, Marin and San Francisco. I will create a Property Profile Book containing Tax Information, Plat Maps Disclosures, Flyers and Loan Information. Marketing to BuyersPrint Advertising:I will place an ad in the Press Democrat as well as an open house block ad for Sunday viewing.
